Historic City Troop Regeneration Rate

Before I get into the regeneration rate of historic cities, first of all you must know that technology within the city have absolutely no effect on the regeneration rate. Historic cities regenerate troops just like a normal NPC at a rate of 10% of every troop ever 6 minutes, and regenerate all their troops in exactly 1 hour.
